I materiali dell’Assemblea sono disponibili presso la sede della società. A breve sarà disponibile anche una versione in italiano. In mancanza di quorum conformemente all'articolo 227 della Legge Commerciale, l'assebmlea si terrà il 28.09.2008 nello stesso posto con lo stesso ordine del giorno. Gli azionisti presentano carte d'identità, mentre i delegati deleghe certificate da notaio.

    The New Constitution Act of De Ferrari JSC, with changes adopted by the General Assembly held May 1st 2007, has been approved by Sofia City Court on August 15th 2007. It was officially translated in Italian and can be downloaded from the Members Area as pdf-file.

    Sapareva Banya: The Perspectives for Development and Enhancement are Coming to Reality

     

    The Municipality of Sapareva Banya, where De Ferrari JSC has invested in real estate property with the perspective for further development of the resort and of the company’s property as an important tourist location, is now at the center of investors’ attention.

    Fair Play Properties Inc. is starting a 50 million BGN’ investment project in Panichishte.

    Fair Play Properties Inc. – a company with special investment purposes, Bulgarian real estate investment trust (REIT), is at the starting point of a new project for the development of a tourist complex consisting of a hotel and holiday apartments in the mountain resort Panichishte. The total investments’ value was preliminary estimated to 50 million BGN, as the company communicated.

     The Fund has won a tender organized by the Municipality of Sapareva Banya for the acquisition of a land plot with area 25.611 sq.m at the price of  2.561.100 BGN.

     FairPlay Properties Inc. has elaborated a special “Environment Safeguarding and Restoration Plan” and an “Investment Plan with special infrastructural importance for the Municipality of Sapareva Banya”, the company announced.  

     According to the tender’s terms and conditions and to the primary architectural and investment project, a complex with total built-up area of 31 796 sq.m will be developed upon the plot, including a 103-room hotel, residential buildings with 308 holiday apartments and all the necessary conveniences and services.

     “The project’s idea is to develop a luxury vacation complex which shall offer the opportunity both for brief stay and for long-term holidays. Our company’s strategy is to keep the hotel as an investment property while the apartments shall be offered for sale”, Manyu Moravenov, Fair Play Property Inc.’s executive director stated.

     The plot is situated 75 km away from Sofia and 12 away from Sapareva Banya. The project will be developed on the coast of the famous Panichishte laкe which represents a natural phenomenon. It is situated into the tourist itinerary to the Seven Rila Lakes, five minutes by feet from the ski lifts and trailers to the Panichishte ski tracks.

     In March 2007, Fair Play Properties Inc. announced the start of its investment program at the amount of 100 M BGN.  

     The Company has a profit at the amount of 5,09 M BGN for the first six months of the year, in comparison to a loss amounting to 65 thousand BGN as to June 30th 2006.

    De Ferrari JSC's General Assembly of Shareholders' meeting to be held on 1st of May 2007

    The members of the Board of Directors of De Ferrari JSC have convoked a regular meeting of the General Assembly of Shareholders, to be held on May 1st 2007 at 10.00 o'clock AM at the company's administrative office:

    The Shareholders shall vote questions of the Agenda, such as:

    - Report on De Ferrari JSC's activity in 2006
    - Presentation and approval of De Ferrari JSC's annual financial report of the year 2006
    - Report of the Auditor on the results from the audit of company's annual financial report '2006
    - Election of an auditor for the financial year 2007
    - Election of new members of company's Board of Directors
    - Changes in company's Constitution Act
    - Others, such as: voting and adoption of a proposal by a shareholder

    In case of impossibility to attend at the meeting, Shareholders may authorize their representatives.

    The representatives shall present the following documents:

    1. A Letter of Attorney signed by the respective Shareholder
    2. A copy of the Shareholder's identity card, verified by him/her;
    3. A copy of the provisional certificate for subscription of shares legalized by a notary, or the original certificate
    4. A copy of the Representative's identity card, verified by him/her
